Boros Kastély Vendégház

Our family loved the quiet setting at Boros Kastély, surrounded by beautiful nature. The estate’s history and modern comforts, along with the warm hospitality, made the trip feel special and gave us a welcome break from everyday life. We’ll remember the peaceful moments and lovely scenery. A great fit for families looking for calm, history, and nature.

We spent a week here with friends, and the place really stands out in the area. The countryside views are beautiful, and there are several lovely balconies. Each room was a pleasure to look at and sleep in, especially with its own bathroom. I’d definitely come back, and could imagine someone having a wedding here.

We came for a gathering of four families. The hosts were really nice, and the mansion’s remote location gave us a peaceful vacation.

Our wedding here was terrible. The price ended up nearly twice what the website said. We had pregnant friends and small children with us, and had to beg the owner, whom we found difficult, to turn on the heating because it was a little cold. The toilets had no keys. When we asked, the owner said, “Nobody will close the door at my place.” There wasn’t any toilet paper either. Since the owner lives on site, it didn’t feel private, and he appeared among the guests. After the wedding, I had to clean up, even though that wasn’t in the contract. I’d spent a lot of money and think cleaning should have been included. I called the woman who had been our contact for the castle to tell her what had happened. She apologized and said she’d speak to the owner and call me back. My wedding was three weeks ago, and I’m still waiting. I do NOT recommend this place.
