The house is lovely, and the rooms are finished to about the same standard as the owners' living area. There's a kitchen space available for cooking. One set of rooms faces the breakfast table, while another is slightly off to the side. If a large group is having breakfast, I'd suggest choosing the rooms a little further away.

The location is a little so-so, since it's on a very busy road and not close to Lake Balaton, though the garden helps block the noise. The guesthouse itself is elegant and very well cared for, with a high standard of furnishings, and it's clean and well equipped, including the kitchenette and bathroom. Rooms without kitchens can use a spacious, attractive common area. There's a lovely, large garden visible from the comfortable balconies, and the hostess is kind.

I chose this place for the VW Bogá Meeting in Gyenesdiás on a friend's recommendation, and I'm glad I did. The owner was extremely kind and helpful, the house was cool, and both the rooms and shared areas were clean and tidy. I appreciated the air conditioning, wifi, and shaded parking in the yard. We already booked again for the 2024 Meeting 😎. I can recommend it to everyone.

The view of Balator is wonderful, and the setting is clean and full of flowers. It's well located, and the host is kind and helpful. A great place with everything you need. I highly recommend it!

The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the location was good. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, even with the language barrier. I haven't spoken German in years, so I was struggling :)
