Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice, and the staff were great. Parking at the back was excellent too. The room itself is basic, though there are facilities on the landing for making tea or keeping shopping cold. The little countertop fridge sits on the floor, and the shower door comes off when you close it.

The front desk is staffed around the clock, and the service was very good. When I needed somewhere to eat late on a weekday night, the young man at reception made a real effort to find a place for me. The room was warm and very clean, and the hotel was easy to find. There’s a good camera-monitored parking area right outside. I’ll try the SPA next time.

I had a lovely stay in this cozy, comfortable hotel. The breakfast was tasty and generous, and I enjoyed the spa. My room was clean, and the hotel is reasonably close to both the city centre and Raba Quelle Thermal Spa.

Staying at your hotel was a real pleasure. It was clean, the people were kind, and the quality was good. Thank you for the service, and I wish you all the best. I’ll be back soon.

We’d gladly stay again. The hotel and rooms have beautiful vintage furnishings, lots of wood details and art, and everything was perfectly clean. The price was already very good, with parking, a welcome drink, sauna and breakfast included. Staff were friendly, and the barbecue restaurant was tasty, so we ate there. The draft beer was great, including a cherry beer, and breakfast had a wide range of good continental options. Thank you!
