The room was fine, and the hotel was poor but acceptable. There's a nice spa nearby. Breakfast was better, but dinner had no good food, and drinks cost way too much. I'm not going back.

We waited over an hour for our meals, and in the end they had forgotten them. The service was poor, and when we asked why, all we got was “ok.” The employees were rather unfriendly. Never again!

Being so close to the thermal bath entrance was the best thing about our stay. We booked half board, but the food was disappointing and gave the impression the restaurant was trying to maximize profits by buying everything from Lidl and simply frying it. Our room didn't seem very clean and was missing a shower cabin door, which was unpleasant. The overall experience and rooms weren't great. I wouldn't recommend it.

We had a lovely breakfast as part of our stay, and the staff treated us well. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It's a nice hotel close to the thermal spa in Gyula, and a good location if you want to be near everything in town.

The decor wasn't really my taste and the place didn't feel especially welcoming, but the waiter was friendly and service was pretty quick. The Gyulai paprikás was quite tasty, and my husband enjoyed his Harcsapörkölt too. His fish was fresh and good quality. I'd say it was good value for money.
