The room was clean and tidy, and the yard was well kept, with a ping-pong table under a half-roof. The kitchen is basic but has enough. We could hear the neighbors talking through the thin walls. The rooms have air conditioning for an extra fee. Most places are fairly close. With our two kids, the beach, small train, center, and restaurants were about a 10-minute walk away.

The apartment was clean and neat inside and out, and the welcome was friendly. They were flexible about our arrival. We stayed in the middle unit, number 2, and could hear the upstairs neighbors clearly, including the toilet flushing and showering. It was a minor annoyance, not enough to affect our impression of the place. The street is quiet, but everything is close by. We'd definitely recommend it and could easily see ourselves staying here next time we're in Gyula.

The courtyard is landscaped and has a locked parking area, so we felt our car was safe. The hosts were kind and flexible, and both the center and Várfürdő are just a few minutes away on foot. The accommodation was lovely, clean, and thoughtfully maintained.

Our original accommodation was meant to be elsewhere, but a problem came up and we ended up here instead. The owner helped us quickly, and we're very grateful. The place was clean, lovely, calm, and quiet. I can only recommend it, 10/10 😊
