It felt cozy and clean, and the price seemed fair for what we got. The castle and spa are an easy five-minute walk away.

I can't recommend this place. The yellow room looked nothing like its photo when we arrived. Its walls were cracked and unattractive, and the laminate floor shifted underfoot. The kitchen was very poorly equipped, and there weren't separate mops or brooms for the apartments. The terrace was in really bad shape too, with no proper table, parasol, or chair cushions. Cleanliness could have been much better. It felt like they were only interested in the money.

We had a fire in our room on the last morning, so we could have breakfast without leaving the apartment. The owners had also gone out after our first night to buy two blankets for each room, so we wouldn't be cold sitting on the shared terrace. They were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. My partner and I were there two years ago for our first getaway together, and we'd happily return anytime. The guesthouse has five units on a quiet street, with a shared terrace, kitchenette and bathroom in each. There's also a shared dining room with a kitchen. Our unit had an LCD TV, free wifi, and closed parking. It's well located near the castle and Almásy Castle. One special touch is the colored hidden lighting in each room, which you can adjust with a wall switch.

The bathroom had black mold, the kettle was broken, and the kitchen corner was very basic. A socket was loose and hanging, and the toilet seat was broken.
