The food was delicious, and the staff were great. It’s a lovely hotel very close to the city centre. I was really happy with my stay and will definitely come back.

We spent New Year's Eve there and loved every minute. The rooms are tastefully done, the pools are great, and the staff are so kind and helpful. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we'll definitely be back. Everything was 120%!!! One little suggestion for older guests: a shoehorn would be useful. 🙂🙃

The service at the bar was often missing altogether, since two staff would go out for a cigarette break at the same time, leaving no one to serve us. The staff's manner in general didn't feel very hospitable, and when we raised concerns, we felt the hotel wasn't prepared to take negative feedback constructively or try to improve. It has plenty of potential, but we wouldn't recommend it, especially to anyone hoping for a proper wellness stay and welcoming hospitality. The wellness area is so small that it was practically unusable for both children and adults, and the corridors were uncomfortably cold for a wellness hotel. At breakfast, we also really missed having small bins on the tables. There were problems in our room too. The balcony door was very difficult to open, tissues had been stuffed into the curtain rail, and the shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere.
