Jam Apartman

They made a point of looking after us since we had a small child, which I really appreciated. We've stayed twice for one night each, and I was very satisfied with the service, cleanliness and the friendly price for three people. The rooms were tidy, clean and well equipped, the waiters were very nice, and parking was well organized. It's easy to get to as well.

The room is modern and nice, and the air conditioning works. The main nuisance is the street-facing door, which barely blocks any sound, along with smokers talking loudly outside it after midnight. The smoking area should be farther from the living area.

We were given four double rooms instead, but the whole reason I booked an apartment was so our group could stay together. I had reserved it for eight people on October 5, 2019, and they accepted the booking for New Year's Eve. When we arrived on the 31st, they said it had gone to someone else because they'd rented it out for two days. Why didn't they let us know earlier that this suited them better? I've never felt so cheated. I'll never book here again, and I won't recommend it to anyone.

The coffee is delicious, the shared area is good, and the restaurant feels upscale. The accommodation falls short: worn towels, no soundproofing, plasterboard walls, and door locks that seem to need an expert. The internet address is poorly specified, and even GPS can't get you there without help. Some parts are quite depressing.
