We spent 2x14 hours traveling because of a Szállasguru coupon, but only managed to make meaningful use of 7.5 hours. We also plan to take legal action, as other unhappy guests have said they will. It may be worth reading the reviews from the past few months too. We had arranged the coupon in writing by email, but on arrival the accommodation was closed, even though the coupon was valid. Getting through to the lady was difficult. We were sent to Dorka Guesthouse instead, where the owner was immediately helpful and even came to assist us in person. He told us breakfast was at a third place, in yet another direction from both the spa and accommodation. The coupon was supposed to include spa entry, a massage, and lunch, but the tickets weren't waiting at the accommodation or spa as promised. The lady didn't answer the phone. Two hours later, she emailed one of the tickets, by which time we'd missed both massage appointments. We'd already changed the appointments once while there. We learned from the spa that she bought the two entrance tickets only after we had arrived. We've informed Szállasguru.
