Marika Pension

The guesthouse might have been nice, but the receptionist's manners were appalling and reflected badly on the hospitality profession. We also had concerns about cleanliness. The hall smelled strongly of damp, with a big pile of laundry there, and two dryers full of washed clothes taking up the main communal space, even though the clothes could have dried outside in the sun. The room ceilings were covered in black cobwebs. Water pipes leaked in several rooms, and the tiles didn't look clean.

It was very quiet, and there was parking in the courtyard, as shown in the picture. I was happy with the breakfast, but the WiFi didn't work. The room had to be paid for in forints.

We've stayed there twice and would like to come back, but the phone number on the website doesn't work. Could someone share the current number? Thanks.

Breakfast was good, and the price was reasonable. The room itself was very small, with a tiny bathroom. The owner speaks a little Polish.
