We’ll definitely be back. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast and dinner were great, and all the hotel’s spa facilities were included. Highly recommended.

I usually don’t expect much from a hotel restaurant’s à la carte lunch, but this one pleasantly surprised me. The pork collar was thick-cut, tender and juicy with light seasoning, while the freshly made roast vegetables had just the right balance of char and crispness. Grilled smoked bacon gave the whole meal a lovely smoky flavor. Nicely done, Panorama hotel chef!

The setting is lovely and the prices are decent, but our stay was disappointing. The building feels old-fashioned, and in many places it seemed like corners had been cut. Our room wasn’t particularly clean, the floor creaked, and the door would open by itself unless we locked it with the key. The old AC was loud and took all afternoon to cool the room because it had been switched off when we got the keys. It was too noisy to run at night. There was mold in the bathroom, and the towel holder had a sharp edge in an awkward spot, leaving such a narrow passage that we had to be careful not to bump into it. I also overheard a guest asking at reception for toilet paper that was missing from their room. We were told the spa opened at 8 a.m., but when we got there at 8:15 the saunas were still cold or barely warm, so we couldn’t enjoy them. I’d expect them to be ready during opening hours. At breakfast, some dishes were gone 40 minutes after opening, and we had to ask for spoons. There was also a large, long-dead ant in one of the cereals. I couldn’t find any elevators. I wouldn’t want to stay here again.

The surrounding area is amazing, and the hotel is easy to reach. We had a magical stay in a beautiful location. Staff were nice and helpful, especially Martin, who was so kind and always smiling. The restaurant has panoramic views, and every meal from breakfast through dinner was tasty and generously portioned. There’s a comfortable room, a lovely spa with pools and saunas, a games room, a large parking area, and an outdoor play area.
