Breakfast was just right for the price, and Norbi and his colleague made great cappuccinos and coffee. We spent two days at Irisz hotel and found the staff very friendly.

We arrived at 8:15 p.m. after the thermal baths, in August, and couldn't get anything to eat because the cook had gone home. The restaurant was still supposed to be open until 10 p.m. There are signs and ads for Irisz restaurants all over Sostohegy, so we came expecting to eat. What sort of arrangement is that?

Our room was spacious and modern, and actually looked better than the Booking photos. The hotel connects straight to the spa, and you can get zoo and spa tickets there, so there's no need to queue at the entrance. The hotel and staff were really nice too. 😊

The location was perfect, the staff were nice, and the kitchen was excellent.

The food was tasty. We'd eaten there the day before and tried the all-you-can-eat menu. But this time we waited 15 minutes while the staff didn't pay attention to us. When we asked about ordering, they said they had too many orders and it would take a long time to serve us. I can't say much about the hotel itself.
