There was no water in the bathroom, and no one responded to my calls or messages asking for it to be fixed. The owner had given us a contact number, but it was no use. We ended up checking into another hotel while still paying the full price for this apartment. I tried Agoda customer care several times, but they only said they were trying to reach the property and couldn’t get a response. The Wi-Fi password in the check-in email was wrong too. Thankfully, it was written down somewhere in the apartment. The place is in a very old, haunted-looking building. Don’t stay here unless you want your vacation ruined. A very bad experience with both Agoda and this property.

The apartment was set up really well, with everything we needed, and we had a great time there. It’s a good choice for a short trip. The owners were kind and helpful, and the location was excellent. The building itself isn’t anything special.

The apartment is very spacious and clean, and the central location makes getting around easy. You can reach the tourist spots quickly by public transport, especially the metro. For parking, there’s a useful app that lets you pay online, and for taxis there’s BOLT ( uber ). There’s no air conditioning, just three ventilation units, but we didn’t find that necessary. I recommend it.
