I arrived after midnight without a booking, just hoping to find a room, and the receptionist was so friendly and helpful, giving me a few good options. That made for a great start. Breakfast the next morning was very good, with attentive, well-organized staff. It’s not a luxury hotel, but the location is great and the price feels like very good value. I’d happily recommend it. A real hidden gem in the district.

Everyone was so kind and helpful, and they kept our luggage all day after our late flight. We could wait in the breakfast area until it was time to leave. Breakfast was yummy, and the room, though small, was clean and definitely big enough for us. I liked the door card system, where you can ask for the trash to be taken out or request a full clean. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. I’m really glad I booked this hotel.

We stayed five nights in the smallest room and had no problems. It was clean and warm, with hot water available around the clock, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The open shelves instead of a closed wardrobe were practical and saved space. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel is right in the heart of the Old Town, within walking distance of attractions, Christmas markets, and popular restaurants. Thank you for everything.

The staff welcomed us so warmly and were kind and helpful throughout. Our rooms were spotless, the bathrooms comfortable, and the hotel was decorated with exquisite taste in a fantastic location. Breakfast, which we thought was the best in all of Europe, was an added bonus. Thank you for such a hospitable stay. Whenever we return to Budapest, we’ll stay here again.

The area was a little noisy, but the hotel had thoughtfully put earplugs in the room. I loved the place, and everything was clean, comfortable, and very nice. Breakfast had an amazing selection, and it was all really delicious. I did miss having a kettle for tea or coffee, though you could buy one for an extra €10.
