An old-fashioned family hotel right in the middle of Pécs, with large rooms, air conditioning, a fridge, TV and a spacious bathroom. It was warm, welcoming, very clean and very central. The simple breakfast had everything you need to get going. Reception isn’t open all the time, but the staff are about as friendly as they come and there whenever you need them. I’ll visit again!

The room and bathroom were clean and nice, and they have their own parking. Breakfast was very, very delicious, with plenty to choose from, including eggs, oats and homemade cakes. The receptionist was lovely, positive, smiling and full of useful information.

The beds were too hard for a comfortable sleep, so only 3 stars for the room. Service was prompt and very friendly, and the location is excellent, not far from the city centre. The bus station, a HUGE piac, churches and historical sites are all within walking distance, with a mall across the street.

We’re on a road trip across Europe and have stayed in 19 hotels on this trip alone. We travel a lot, and this is the worst hotel ever. The room is hotter than outside. It has AC, but reception controls it. It was set to 25 degrees, and after I asked them to make it much cooler, they changed it to 23. We normally keep it at 17, so my stuff is in the room while I have to stay outside all night because it feels like a sauna in there. I ordered a cola, but they didn’t have any, only Ice-tea, which I don’t drink. Don’t go here. It’s very, very bad.
