The restaurant food was lovely, and the staff were helpful. Book a massage ahead of time, though, because they fill up. You can get beach and sauna towels at reception. Our room was nicely decorated, and the bathroom was lovely, with a hairdryer and plenty of towels. There was also a TV, fridge, safe and bathrobes. The balcony faced the car park, but it was quiet and private. The fridge wasn’t very cold, though that was fine. The air-conditioning uses a different system and honestly didn’t do much. I understand they’re trying to save energy, which is good, but I was very hot even though it wasn’t that hot outside. All the rooms have two single beds pushed together. Since our toddler sleeps in the middle, we asked for a mattress topper so she wouldn’t lie over the gap. To be fair, that solved the problem.

The gardens and lake are really beautiful, and the service was amazing. The room had everything you need. I hadn’t imagined I’d spend time in this kind of hotel, but I’m glad I did. Hope you’ll have more guests. Thank you!

We especially loved the outdoor thermal pools, and the place is great for relaxing with children. The rooms are beside the kids’ pool area, but we didn’t find the noise a problem. Closing the window did the trick when it got too loud. Our room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The restaurant food was amazing, and I was pleasantly surprised to find gluten-free bread at breakfast. The staff were friendly and tried to help. One evening, the white wine we got wasn’t chilled, which is probably the only thing I’d mention. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

The park, with its little bridge over the lake, could make a lovely backdrop for a wedding ceremony. We were there for a wedding, and the rooms were really great. The bathroom was much bigger than you’d expect in an average 4-star hotel. The food was OK, but not the best, and there was a small misunderstanding at checkout. Even so, I’d highly recommend this hotel.
