The location beside the Spa is the main reason to book. It's all in one building, so you can walk back to your room in a towel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, though a little dated, and have everything you need. Housekeeping was extremely nice. One receptionist, though, was extremely slow and didn't speak English at all. A simple checkout took more than 15 minutes, and other guests had to wait too. Most seemed a bit annoyed. Four stars for the hotel itself.

A lovely wellness hotel, with direct access to the thermal springs of Sárvár. Even on departure day, the entry is included for the whole day. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is a small but nice buffet with what you need. With half board, dinner is at the adjoining Park Inn hotel. The food is good, though the selection is too limited, with the same desserts or salads often appearing. It feels like standard Hungarian food without much creativity, and I'd expect more from a four-star hotel. Restaurant service at Park Inn could also improve: there was a lot of waiting, and ordering a second drink was nearly impossible. The free Wi-Fi is slow. The cleaning staff didn't seem very motivated. They ask whether you need room cleaning that day, clearly hoping guests will say no, and they sometimes miss basics like refilling shower gel. Still, it's a very nice hotel for a wellness weekend, and I can recommend it, though there's room for improvement.

We've stayed here twice already, and I'm planning another holiday here. It's a beautiful place with pleasant service, a wide breakfast selection, and hotel rooms close to the spa. Prices are acceptable, and it's good for families with small children. I like this hotel.

The room had a pool view, and both it and the bathroom were clean. Breakfast was excellent and dinner felt luxurious. We could go straight from the room to the pool, which was great. Our room was near the dining room, though, and the morning noise woke us. We'd be happy to come again.
