Getting in was a mess. They kept emailing us to scan our documents, but there was no way to do it. Then the hotel code wouldn’t work, or the door wouldn’t unlock. We tried calling, Viber, and email with no reply, and only got inside after 15 minutes. The room was small but had enough space for two. Only one towel was clean, and everything else was filthy. There was other people’s hair in the bed, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned. No one came to meet us at check-in or checkout to get the necessary details. Our room wasn’t cleaned during the few days we were there, and toiletries were insufficient or unavailable. The whole experience was awful. I don’t recommend it.

For the price, it’s a really good deal, and communication was great. The room is small but clean enough, with self check-in. There are four rooms for rent in the apartment, though, so noisy neighbors can make it hard to sleep. If you just need basic accommodation in a very good location, it should suit you.

The one good thing is the location, with every kind of public transport right outside the building. Everything else about this apartment was awful. The photos were old and misleading, nothing like the actual room. It was filthy, with spiders and webs in every corner, a dirty bathroom and sheets, broken, dirty walls, and no Wi-Fi or TV. The door wouldn’t open properly, and we had to force it each time as if breaking in. The host, Laura, never replied to messages. Her colleague, Ferenc, answered the phone once, only to tell me to force the door if it wouldn’t unlock. After that, he ignored my messages about the nonexistent internet. Avoid this place at any cost.

The room looked nothing like the pictures, and the place felt like an obvious scam. There were stains on the pillow and sheets, dirty bathroom walls, and hair on the floor. Horrible place, I don’t recommend it.

It was quiet and in a perfect location, and we enjoyed our stay a lot. We even liked the smell in the room. Thanks!
