Wolf Pansion

Before even visiting the hotel, I had a really bad experience trying to make a reservation. As soon as they realized I don't speak Hungarian, the receptionist hung up on me. The next time I called, they kept hanging up without speaking to me in Hungarian either, five times in a row. It took ages to get a reply to my email, and then they said my vouchers were only valid until the day before I wanted to book. That wasn't true, they were valid for several more months. The staff were lazy and very rude. I hope the stay itself turns out much better, and I'll write about that once the visit is over.

I was the only person in Wolf Restaurant, but still waited half an hour for the soup. It was delicious, and that's the only reason I'm giving two stars. I hoped the gulash would be something Hungarian and tasty, but it arrived cold. Now my stomach hurts. I don't recommend this restaurant.

Emailing reception was a horrible experience. They were impolite, so we'll probably look for another hotel.

Absolutely no communication, and the attitude was incredibly arrogant. Everything went wrong. Never again, avoid this place at all costs.
