The renovation has made this place even better. We’ve been coming back for years and always enjoy it. My only gripe is that the TV channel selection is limited.

The garden seating is such a cozy spot, and the rooms are clean. We’ve stayed here for years and have always been happy with it. The ground floor has recently been thoroughly updated, including the bathroom, toilet, TVs, flooring, and windows. Upstairs has new windows too, with mosquito screens. We’ll be back next year! :)

We ended up leaving five days before the end of our paid two-week stay, and the only response we got was, “I’m sorry.” With a two-year-old, a holiday means being able to relax, and you can’t keep a child in one spot all day. If they played in the yard, there was always something they weren’t allowed to do, or questions about why they were there. The yard has lots of plants and could be nice, but I wouldn’t choose this place for a holiday with a child. We’d stayed before, so none of this was a surprise: the rooms are small and old-fashioned, the windows barely work, and the mosquito screen was torn. Plaster had fallen off in one room, and the place felt like it was falling apart. Even so, they charge the same as for the other rooms.

The place was tidy and decent, and the price was unbeatable. It worked well for our weekend, with the station and beach nearby. We only ended up here because we’d booked a different house owned by the same person and were given a two-bed room instead of a three-bed one. Otherwise, we’d come again.
