The owner was really nice and helpful, but the setup was very old-fashioned. The satellite didn’t work, and the sensor lights only came on at night. The walls were so thin we could hear noise from the neighboring rooms, and three rooms shared one retro kitchen. Quiet at night seemed out of the question. We couldn’t air out the room in the evening or morning because someone was always smoking under the windows and the smoke came inside. There wasn’t a bin in the room, or even a glass for water. The bathroom had no shelf for toiletries, and the curtains didn’t cover the full width of the windows, so they couldn’t be closed properly.

A friendly guesthouse with a great atmosphere, breakfast, and coffee. It’s dog and family friendly, and I’d suggest it for a short stay or for fishermen too. It’s a practical, flexible place if you just want to spend time in the area on your own. The service was excellent. Köszi Isti! Thank you.

A proper retro zimmer frei 😉 It’s a good spot for groups, couples, families, and young people, though maybe not so much for babies. Even if you’ve put in a web reservation, it’s worth calling to ask about it. The owner is a polite, really helpful young man. Ask him about his years at Oxford University 😀

There’s a kitchenette in the hallway with a shared fridge, and parking is in the yard. Our room had its own bathroom and a balcony. The host was friendly and helpful.
