It was a great base for our stay, with free parking and everything we needed in the recently refurbished, well-equipped apartment. The main beach, restaurants, little shops, and a Tesco express are all very close, as is the train station. You can hear trains going by, but apart from that, it was perfect for us.
I was told this happens twice a year. The door broke on me and scared the right side of my body, so I had to pay for the whole bath cabin. Add 150 to your vacation budget.
The apartment was lovely, and the lake is just a few minutes away. I did find some ants coming from under the kitchen sink.

The owners were very friendly, and there’s parking on site. The apartment complex is modern, clean, and reasonably priced. You can walk to just about everything: the beach and city center are each about 10 minutes away, while a small Tesco is roughly 7 minutes on foot. Lidl in Zamardi is around 2.5 km away. Highly recommended!
