We've come back here many times as a family of five. It's always clean, and the staff are consistently friendly. Usually we can get by in English, though once we had to communicate in Hungarian through Google Translate. Having a small kitchenette is handy, and there's a Lidl nearby. The shower is great and the air conditioning works well. The WLAN has been unreliable, though. Keep in mind that reception closes at 7 pm.

A really nice hostel, clean and pleasant. We arrived in the middle of the night, and the staff managed to let us in. They were very kind.

A gloomy place. Avoid it if you can.

We stayed a few nights somewhere quiet and peaceful, not far from the city centre. We could walk in within 20 minutes. Since we spent each day on trips and visiting museums, it worked perfectly well as a place to cover our basic needs.

The reception closes at 7, so nobody's around in the evening to stop the young people from screaming, shouting, and carrying on. The last two times, the noise made it almost impossible for us to sleep. We won't come back under those conditions.
