Dear reader, I want to share a bad experience with this hotel. The owner was very unreliable and unprofessional, spoke only German, and didn't handle our agreement carefully. After he made a mistake with my room reservation, he sent me and a colleague to stay with one of his friends as compensation. The rooms there were very dirty and smelled bad, so we left immediately and managed to find another hotel. One star is already one too many for this experience. My advice is to help yourself and find somewhere else. Regards.

I've already written a review about the things I liked, but on our second booking here, the gentleman charged us 4,600 HUF too much. I only noticed when I got home and called the hotel. The only solution he offered was to take the overpayment off next time. Since we'll be going there again by next year at the latest, I asked if there was another way to settle it or reach a compromise. He told me to find someone else to stay in Sopron and send them instead of me. Honestly, that hadn't occurred to me. We couldn't agree during the call, so the money is still in limbo. I don't think that's a good way to treat future guests, but that's just my opinion. Decide for yourself, and be careful when paying :)! Also, don't turn up the air conditioning. If you go to the store for five minutes, he goes in and turns it down :D
