The spa was amazing, and the saunas had stunning views of the lake. We visited in winter and enjoyed the breathtaking lake views from the hotel, though we wished we could have spent longer at the spa. It would have helped to have babysitting or supervised childcare at the kids' club so parents could enjoy treatments, or later spa opening hours after the children were asleep. The hotel's **Family Park** and water park were spotless, high quality and very well maintained, and our children had a blast. Our room was spacious, clean and welcoming for a large family. Staff were friendly and pleasant throughout. The food was excellent and varied, with plenty the kids liked, especially the chocolates and sweets, and fresh fruit. Highly recommended for families.

Our two-year-old twins had the best vacation ever at this resort, and we had such a good time too. The room was amazing, the food was as good as you could ask for, and the staff were incredible. They put a lot of effort into making the children happy and helping parents feel comfortable and relaxed. We were there during Hanuka, and the staff lit a hanukia in the dining room every evening. There were Israeli shows for the kids and lots of Hanuka and Christmas decorations around the hotel. I especially want to mention Happy, who, just like his name suggests, made our kids smile and laugh whenever he could. Thank you all. We'll definitely come back!

The kids loved every moment, and so did we as parents. We came before Christmas, when the hotel was beautifully decorated, and there was also a lot of attention to Hanukkah, the Jewish holiday we were celebrating. We were surprised by how many details were designed for children: restrooms throughout the hotel, kid-sized sinks in the rooms, a huge playroom full of activities, a fun pool and slide area, and a magical kids' club with all sorts of activities. It was too cold outside for us, but the outdoor area looked inviting, so that's another reason to come back in summer.

Everything was amazing and suited the kids so well. The kids' room bed, the family place and the service were particular favorites. Everyone on staff was so kind. I especially want to mention the waiter at dinner, and Marcell from the family house, VR and train. He was very kind and had a great spirit, and made our stay better. Thank you all for a great vacation!

We had so much fun and hope to come back in summer. The staff were kind, especially Richárd at the front desk, who answered every question with a smile. The food was great, including one of the best pizzas we've ever had. Even my otherwise picky seven-year-old son said it was delicious. We loved the water slides and playground, and the room, bedding and cleanliness were all amazing. A wonderful place, and the experience couldn't have been better.
