The garage is really practical, and Art Hotel is right in the center of Szeged. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and professional. They handled special requests within minutes. Breakfast had loads of choices, especially the sauces and dips, which are freshly made every day. I highly recommend it for the location, amenities, and overall experience.

We had breakfast in the hotel's lovely restaurant, and the receptionist was so helpful that they even found us a UK adapter. It's a chic, modern hotel right in the heart of this beautiful city. I'd happily come back anytime.

The location is good and the hotel is clean, though it needs some refurbishing, such as the carpets. I'd rate it as a 3-star hotel. I had two problems during my stay. The two teenage girls at reception were unpleasant, impolite, and pretentious, and that spoiled the rest of the visit. They said the hotel was full. Even though I'd booked well in advance and arrived early, I was given a poor room suited to a person with a disability. The shower was terrible and left water all over the bathroom. It looked like a hospital bathroom. I might have felt differently about that room if the reception staff hadn't been so awful. They didn't even say good afternoon or welcome. Come on.

The breakfast buffet had a huge selection and was high quality. The underground parking was large, clean, and very nice, and I loved the license plate recognition. There was also an excellent choice of foreign news channels, including RT (Russia Today) and Aljazeera, so kudos for that. I don't know when I'll next be in Szeged, but I know I'll stay at Art Hotel.

I stayed for one night. The workers were friendly and helpful, but I was charged for parking. There was no shampoo in the shower, and I couldn't reach the receptionist when I needed something.
