For our family, the triple room worked well: the beds were large and comfortable, the linen decent, and the pillows good. There was a table and chairs, a sink, a small stove, a kettle and a terrace, and the bathroom was fine. Staff were friendly, and even though we arrived at midnight, they let us stay an extra hour. The hotel was fully booked. We paid under €100 with a discount, which seemed like a great price. Secure parking is available if booked separately, for €7. The location was also a real plus, with everything nearby and the old town about a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast comes to your room, with three choices: meat, vegetarian or sweet. It costs €12 or €13, so it’s best to confirm the exact price on site. There’s a fantastic dessert and pastry place just around the corner, and the old town is only a few minutes away if you fancy a walk. I’d stay here again if the price is right, and can recommend it. I didn’t get photos before we unpacked and spread our things around the room, so I’m sharing the ones I have.

We were impressed by how comfortable and thoughtfully set up the room was, from the huge balcony and comfortable bed to the generous storage and large modern shower. It was spacious, in pristine condition and beautifully maintained, and parking was convenient. Check-in was quick and easy too. Our stay at Szeged Noir Hotel was fantastic from beginning to end, and we’ll definitely return on our next visit to Szeged.

The rooms were clean and nice, and the hotel seems fairly new. The gentleman at reception was willing to wait for us when we told him we’d be arriving late. A nice experience.

The vibe is great, 10/10. It’s a huge hotel with equally huge rooms, which were clean, modern and niche. Staff were great, though they weren’t always around.

Everything was very clean, and they’d catered for all the usual needs: towels, shampoo, a shower cap, coffee machine, kettle, cooker, fridge and cutlery. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, with what you need if you want to cook for yourself. The location’s fantastic, just 250 yards from the centre and the tram and metro stops. Very pleased we chose Noir hotel. We’ll be back.
