Andrea Wellness Panzio

There were lots of spiders and webs in the room, and plenty of insects on the window blinds. The cleaning and room facilities were poor.

A great place to set off on a bike ride from :)

The worst part was finding out that the hot water had been out for days. We were told we could shower in the main building, but there was no hot water there either. Several other families left the next morning, and we did too, after paying for one day. They already knew about the problem and hadn't told us, which I can't forgive. Technical issues happen, but keeping this from guests is unfair, and I wouldn't recommend the place. We also discovered that the infrared sauna and jacuzzi pool weren't working. On arrival, we were told our requested breakfast was served somewhere else, so we had to travel there and pay separately. We'd have been better prepared if they'd let us know in advance.

We stayed three nights, August 17th to 20th, in a three-bedroom apartment with a living room and kitchen. It has a lot of potential thanks to its size and layout, but the condition let us down. We raised the problems at reception, then complained again the next morning. Nothing much was done, and we were told they usually offer a 10% discount in situations like this. The apartment wasn't clean when we got it. There was dust on the carpets, dirt throughout the cupboards, and a smell from the toilet. The kitchen had just five plates, three knives and one fork for a six-bed apartment. The glasses were scattered around, and all the utensils were dirty. There was no coffee maker, and the microwave had no plate, so we couldn't use it. There was sand at the bottom of the courtyard pool too. It could have used a vacuum. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
