We really liked the open, airy living space, and the welcome was kind and attentive. The furnishings felt cozy, the kitchen was well equipped, and the refrigerator and heating system worked well for us. The bathroom was clean and practical. A small table can seat up to three people comfortably for breakfast. There was also a television and plenty of sockets for charging our smart devices. When we left, we could put the key in a coded hiding spot by the entrance.

The small "residential park" residents aren’t keen on tobacco smoke, so you have to cross the road to smoke, even though there’s an ashtray at the apartment entrance. The kitchen isn’t well equipped, but they brought us a frying pan and extra pots as soon as we asked. Four people fit comfortably. The lake is a short walk away, and that distance keeps things quiet. The host was lovely and helpful, and seemed to know the local attractions.

We had a great time and would come back here if we’re in Tata! 😁 The gentleman was very kind and welcoming, and the apartment was easy to reach. We got a nice, well-equipped room. It really doesn’t have a window, though they’re working on it, and obviously that won’t happen overnight. Still, the lack of a window didn’t bother me at all.

There’s no way to open a window in the property, and there aren’t proper blackout blinds either, so it’s light from 4 in the morning. The only ventilation is through the front door, which opens onto the street and lets passersby see right into the French bed. In the bathroom, the tap squirts and there’s a stale excrement smell. The drainpipe doesn’t go into the wall, so the smell lingers no matter how much it’s cleaned. There’s no drainer in the kitchen. The sink has no seal beside it, so any leaking water runs down the wall and behind the sink.
