Aquilo Hotel Panorma

The location by the lake is beautiful and peaceful, and the rooms are simple but have what you need. Breakfast was good. The service staff were mostly not very friendly and spoke little English. The restaurant’s posted opening times didn’t match when it actually closed. Although it was meant to be open until 9 pm, arriving after 8:30 pm meant there was no food, even though we were hotel guests and had told them we’d be there.

The lake across the road was my favorite part, especially for a swim on a warm, sunny day. There’s also fresh lavender growing by the entrance, and it looks lovely and smells even better. The staff were great and knew the area well. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had what we needed for a cozy stay.

The staff were friendly, and my room was clean enough for a good night's sleep. I could hear noise from the neighbors' bathroom, though. Breakfast was fine, while dinner was just so-so. I missed having healthier choices, like salad at dinner or plain yogurt in the morning. Dinner came with no choice, which is a problem if you're vegetarian or don't like what's served. There isn't much to do around the hotel, so it's better for people traveling by car. Fair for a three-star place.

Fresh, tasty breakfast, clean rooms, and service that felt genuinely thoughtful. I usually like trying somewhere new instead of returning to the same hotel, but this was the fourth time my family and I stayed at Hotel A. Panorama. That probably says enough about how much we like it. Highly recommended!
