We chose a cottage because we wanted to be independent, and it was just what we expected. There was enough room for four, with the basic equipment, plus a winter garden, garden, and a lovely view. The painted shutters and furnishings have a lot of charm. The location worked perfectly, below the castle and above the boat station, and about five minutes from the palace. The owner was helpful and gave us a map, a tour, and ideas for places to eat and things to do. Her suggestions were all good. We had a great time.

The setting was pleasant and the place was well equipped. We enjoyed our stay, though the glassed-in terrace wasn't very practical because it got really hot.

We first came here years ago for our honeymoon, and now we've returned with our little girl. It's a lovely little place, with warm hospitality and beautiful surroundings.
