Künszler Apartmanház

Our room was tidy and pleasant, and the beach is very close by. The owner was friendly and helpful. Recommended!

A pleasant little apartment at a low price, perhaps because it was off season. The hosts were friendly.

The listing on Booking said we could cancel for free up to April 12th. After I booked, I got a message asking us to transfer 30% of the booking fee to a private account. I tried to politely ask the owner to explain why, since we did intend to come, but I didn’t understand how this worked around Booking or what the free cancellation meant. Then the owner called without asking whether it was a good time and started pressuring me on the phone, saying he would cancel our booking. I ended up cancelling myself. We’ll find somewhere else, with an owner who communicates properly and doesn’t harass someone who was willing to pay.

The pool was clean and pleasantly warm, and the accommodation itself was good. But with 25-30 guests there wasn’t a proper outdoor place to sit, like a terrace or gazebo. There were around 12-15 chairs by the pool and six loungers. There was no guest grill area either. The two ground-floor terraces and the grill were reserved for the owner, so the eight adults and three children in our group ended up dragging chairs from the pool and sitting by our apartment near the owner’s garage. Parking was tight too: seven spaces in the yard, with one kept for the owner, leaving six for roughly 30 guests. Not every car had five people in it. On the fifth day we were told there was a hot water problem and to use water sparingly. Without the pool, the place would have been completely useless for us. My family and I wouldn’t stay here again, and I don’t recommend it.
