Mambruk Anyer

The staff were so good to us, masyaAllah. I only caught mas Yunus’s name, and he was biidznillah oke. After we’d been swimming and sunbathing, our room was always cleaned up well. We asked for extra water for all five kids in the family, and the staff took care of our requests. MasyaAllah, syukron mas Yunus and all the staff. Baarakallahu fiikunna. May Allah give you all plenty of rejeki. I hope the hotel makes positive changes from the feedback and keeps up the good work ♡ There were things that bothered me, though. The walls had lots of marks on the white paint, and the AC in the room was leaking drops. I slipped on it last night. The restaurant food tasted pretty ordinary, and there were so many mosquitoes in the room, biting us every night :'(( I also honestly don’t agree with having a foam party in the ocean every weekend, twice a week. You’re putting chemicals and toxic stuff in the ocean where the animals live, and we’re going to eat those animals. Come on, please be wise as human beings.

The room was comfortable enough for relaxing, and the beach view was pretty good. Service was quite good for a vacation with a small or large family. The restaurant’s food and drinks were delicious and fairly priced. It felt worth the price of a four-star hotel. The staff were nice, especially mrs dewi, risma, and helna.

The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had, with lots of fresh options cooked just right. Uwen, the cooking chef, deserves special thanks for the amazing food and warm hospitality. You can taste the care and passion in each dish. The hotel was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained, and the staff were kind and attentive throughout. I felt genuinely welcome and would highly recommend it.

The room at hotel mambruk was comfortable, clean, and had a great ocean view. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, including Indomie, banana cake, waffles, and lots of other desserts. Mbak Hanum and Mas Hafin also gave us complimentary dessert and drinks, which was lovely.
