AMARTERRA VILLAS RESORT BALI NUSA DUA

We spent two weeks here for our honeymoon, and it was a perfect stay. The villa was lush, with a private pool, little cabana, and everything we needed. The food was amazing, the drinks were perfectly made, and breakfast was the best, especially with extra bacon, eggs, and hash browns. The service was the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve traveled a tonne. The staff learned our names, breakfast orders, favorite coffee types, and even my allergies. At their private beach, they greeted us by name and knew all those details too, without having met us first. The spa ladies were outstanding and went above and beyond. When they saw I had a bad sunburn, they rushed to get a natural remedy and rubbed it on my burns. Shout out, in no particular order, to Sudi, Santi, yoga and the whole team in the restaurant, Gede our man with the car, Nani, Lestari and the ladies in the Spa, Adi, Adrian and the other lads on the bar, and Wayan at the beach with the other lads. Sorry we didn’t catch everyone’s names. You’re all equally fantastic, and thanks for making our honeymoon in Bali a perfect memory.

We only had one night here, sadly, but the staff took such good care of us and treated us like VIP customers the whole time. Our villa was clean, spacious, and fantastic, and the well-kept private pool was a real treat. Bikes were a great way to reach the beach, restaurants, and other places, all a very short ride away. There’s also a shuttle to the beach and nearby shopping. We had one meal at the pool bar, and the food and cocktails were both great. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and its wonderful staff to anyone staying in Bali.

The in-villa pool made a big difference, and the jetted bathtub made the stay really comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and didn’t disappoint as a Marriott Bonvoy member. Bobi greeted us when we arrived at 1:20am and promptly took care of everything during our stay. He fit our reservations into the time windows we gave him and let us add the Romance package on arrival. Tri took us around UBUD and went above and beyond. I’d give this amazing Nusa Dua resort 10 stars if I could!

I had several wonderful days at Amarterra Villas Resort Bali Nusa Dua. The resort was clean, private, and peaceful, with excellent service that exceeded my expectations. Mr. Dede, the manager, gave outstanding support, and Hilman was kind and helpful. I also had a problem unrelated to the resort, and Mr. Dede went out of his way to help me resolve it professionally and efficiently. That really showed how much the team cares about guests. I highly recommend it for comfort, relaxation, and great service.
