Bali Agung Village

We were able to check out late, then hang by the pool until it was time to leave, which was much appreciated. We had a great six-night stay and would come back. The staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. It was cleaned every day. The pool was large and clean, with towels provided. The food here was the best we had in Seminyak. The main street and beach are both a short walk away, while the hotel sits far enough from the street to feel peaceful and quiet.

I loved being surrounded by nature here. The hotel is peaceful, the pool is nice, and the beach is only a five-minute walk away. The rooms were comfortable and had great air conditioning. The staff were very friendly, and the food was beautiful. A lovely place to relax and enjoy a holiday.

From my second-floor room, I had a beautiful view of the pool. I loved floating at the swim-up bar with a cocktail, and the hotel itself is quiet and peaceful, just right for relaxing. It's only five minutes from Seminyak Beach and close to the central spots. The staff helped with everything I needed. I don't usually leave reviews, but this place really impressed me!

At least the room itself was very clean, and the hotel looks quite nice in an okay area, not too far from the beach. But inside, everything felt old and run-down. The bathroom was especially bad, with rust and black spots everywhere. The shower was nearly coming off the wall, the large shower head didn't work, and we had no hot water for over a day. The pool area was just okay. Reception service was very poor. We asked to keep the room for another hour or two and were quoted a half-day rate. We didn't feel welcome at all and wouldn't recommend it.
