The staff were genuinely five-star in their hospitality, but the facilities fell short. The room had a strange smell, the furniture looked old, and some areas, including the bathroom, were rather dirty. Toiletries were very limited, and the hot water took about five minutes to get properly warm. Food was no better than what you’d find at a local warteg, or worse, with no real choices. I booked for the pool, but it looked more like a fish pond, and definitely not one for Koi. The water was green and you couldn’t see the bottom. At least Kuta Beach is only about five minutes away by bike.

It’s quiet and peaceful here, and for the price the place is superb. Clean and fairly comfortable, too. Tourist spots are about a 15-minute drive away, while there’s not much of interest within walking distance. There is a nearby mini market if you need snacks.

A good choice for Muslims or anyone who prefers a place without alcohol. It’s peaceful, the staff are helpful, and the room was clean with housekeeping every day. There’s an outdoor pool, and it’s not far from Sunset Road, about a 15-minute walk to the Kuta area.

This is a good, reasonably priced hotel outside busy Kuta, though it isn’t close to the beach. The room was good, and basic facilities are nearby. DFS and Bali galleria mall are close, with Alfamart right next door. The staff were very attentive and helpful with everything. Each day they provided a toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, two bottles of water, and fresh towels. The bathroom had too little tissue, there was no kettle in the room, and breakfast was basic, but fine for what we paid.
