Best Western Kuta Villa

We had a great time here, and the kids were really happy. The villa was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly. After we checked out, my husband left his wallet behind. A staff member ran after us and brought it to our car, which we really appreciated. Wonderful service! 👏🏻👏🏻 We'll definitely come back. 🤩

We had an amazing one-night family stay with our baby. The room's private pool was a big hit with our little one. Breakfast had lots of choices and was great, and the location made getting around easy. #DEC5

The hotel itself is decent and well located, but the service was really poor. The Front Office Manager seemed extremely unreasonable and showed no understanding of customer service. I asked for a two-hour late checkout until 2:00 PM and made it clear I was willing to pay the fee. At first, the front desk staff said they needed the manager's approval, which made it sound possible. The manager later refused, without a valid explanation. He kept saying there were no rooms available, which was hard to believe. I could see rooms online and was even willing to book an extra night just to stay those two hours. I was exhausted and didn't want to move to another hotel for such a short time, but he continued to insist nothing was available. Eventually I got tired of arguing and had no choice but to book another hotel for a few hours. This completely spoiled what could have been a pleasant stay. Better service and more flexibility would make a big difference.

The buffet breakfast was amazing, and we really enjoyed our five-day stay. Staff are lovely, and the pool and grounds are meticulously maintained. Shops and restaurants are an easy walk away. The air conditioning was cold, the water pressure was good, and the hot water was steaming hot. I'd definitely stay here again.
