The pool looks out over the rice fields, such a relaxing spot. I loved the hotel's authentic design, where traditional charm sits comfortably alongside modern comforts. The staff made us feel welcome and gave excellent service, and the location was handy for exploring nearby. A peaceful, authentic stay with great amenities. Highly recommended!

My room, number 209, smelled really nice, the AC worked well, and it was cleaned every day. I enjoyed staying at this lovely, clean hotel, with its poetic feel and authentic touches in the interior. It has a slightly motel-like feel, set between the road and the rice field. The road didn't bother me, but you'll need a bike to get to the beach or other places. Thanks :)

The staff were lovely, and Brown Feather is well placed for Canggu and Seminyak. Inside, the rooms have tasteful decor and the whole place feels warm and welcoming. It has a vintage-dream feel, and staying there was peaceful and made me feel at home in Bali.

This was a terrible experience. I booked a king-size bed through Agoda, but when I arrived at 2 a.m., exhausted and several months pregnant, the receptionist was asleep. I waited 15 minutes for him to wake up properly. He handed me a key, but the room had twin beds, so I went back down and asked for the king bed I'd booked. He then gave me a key for room 202, which was under construction and had the bathroom full of stuff. The next room he offered had a broken AC. I said I was leaving and asked him to tell Agoda I wanted a refund, since this wasn't my fault. I spent almost an hour there for nothing. A few days later, Agoda said they wouldn't refund me because an upgrade had been offered. Unbelievably frustrating. Please don't bother staying here.
