The biggest problem was how nobody seemed willing or able to sort out the water. We had no hot water for two days, and strangers kept coming into the villa to try to fix it, so there was no privacy. I messaged every half hour asking when it would be resolved, but nobody had an answer. We paid $600 for the week, and when we asked for some compensation for all the inconvenience, they offered 35% off the rent for one more day. The owner showed no concern. A horrible attitude, I wouldn’t recommend renting this villa.

The villa was spotless, and the bedding and furniture were really comfortable. I only stayed a few days, but the location made it easy to get everywhere. Hope to be back soon!

The staff were friendly, and the villa was lovely, with easy access to different parts of Canggu. I’ve stayed here and would come back!

I stayed here with no construction going on nearby, and it was easy to get around Canggu from the villa ❤️❤️
