The room was comfortable and really clean, and I slept like a baby. At reception they gave me a very tasty juice, and I could still taste it all night. The price is fair, and the staff are simply awesome. If I'm in that area again, I'll choose this hotel.

The location may not be the best, but the service during my two-day stay was really impressive. The clerks were happy to help with all our different needs and had a genuinely satisfying attitude. Keep it up!

We had a second-floor room with a balcony overlooking the garden. The views weren't quite like the ones shown on booking sites, but they were still nice, and there's a terrace on the third floor. Parking is private and shaded, and the staff are friendly, though their English isn't very strong. The room looked nice for the price, but I found some dust, a few minor issues, and poor repairs in the bathroom.

The villa had its own pool, which was really nice. The stay was okay, though the service and a few details need quite a bit of work before the place feels truly great. We could have used extra towels.

For IDR 243,000 a night, about US $16, this studio felt well worth the price. I rented it for three days and found the staff friendly and helpful. It has a fridge, hot water, air conditioning, a safe, closet and LED TV, plus a kitchen with basic cookware, dishes, cups and glasses. They also provide towels, two bottles of water, soap, shampoo, coffee and tea. I'd recommend it if you don't need to be near the beach or close to everything ^_^
