The villas themselves were really nice, spacious, and in a great location. I booked a couple of 5 bedroom villas for my 40 th, but the service was just as bad as the villas were nice. Don’t pay for extras, they may charge you without providing what you paid for, and there’s no chance of a refund. Service is very slow too. You have to make multiple calls on the only phone in the kitchen before getting through. The washroom drainage is poor. Book for the villa and location, but don’t rely on their services.

We were only a short ride from central Seminyak, with plenty of dining and shopping nearby. The villa was beautiful and looked just like its online photos, with enough room for all six of us to spend time together. The friendly, responsive staff made the stay even better. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and they made us feel like their top priority. It was our first time in Bali, and we’ll definitely stay here again when we return.
