Arra Lembah Pinus

The restaurant food was tasty, and we tried the special 'nasi goreng'. It looked good and tasted good, and the staff were very friendly. The room was quite big for two people, with a queen size bed, TV, and bathroom water heater. The bathroom was clean, but leave its door open for better air circulation. The hotel is in a quiet, nice area in Ciloto, Puncak, with good views. Walk a few meters uphill and you can get a really nice view of Puncak. Getting there takes an experienced driver, though, because the small road is challenging.

The price is affordable, and the view is good, especially in the morning. The road in is steep and narrow, and it gets pretty dark at night. The room was a little humid, though it had good hot water. Food was average. There’s a swimming pool, but it’s too cold most of the time. Some wild monkeys show up in the morning, and people say they’re tame. They didn’t really cause a disturbance, but be careful around wild animals.

It’s a nice room to rest in for the price, with a very comfortable bed and plenty of space. The room is old, but that’s okay since we didn’t pay much. There’s no AC, and the hot shower wasn’t very reliable. They only provided a bath towel, no other towels. This doesn’t really feel like a 3-star hotel, as they claim. Breakfast was good, and there’s a fairly large pool, though it’s so cold I don’t think anyone would want to swim. 😁 Thank you.

Orchid 2 is a nice room, and the place itself is quite nice. There are just a couple of small things to fix. The original TV remote didn’t work, so it was replaced with another one. The intercom was also out of order, though I didn’t need it since the front desk was close to the room.
