Episode Kuta Bali

We had a very happy stay at this 4 star hotel. The location, service, and breakfast food were all good, and the staff were especially friendly. On the evening of 3rd of June, Ibu Susanti at security helped us with her lovely smile. When we checked out, bapak arianto at security was helpful too. Security staff are often the first people guests meet, so we were glad to be greeted so warmly. Thank you, episode hotel. We’ll definitely come back. ❤️

The people here are the hotel’s best feature. Everyone was courteous, friendly, understanding, and keen to make the stay easy and pleasant. Mr Khrisna Santa was an exceptional host and gave fantastic service. He helped me so much. Highly recommended, and extraordinary value for money. The hotel is central and a lovely place for the price. Rooms are spacious and clean, with a great shower, coffee and tea facilities, a safe, laundry service, and international news channels. Breakfast was very nice, with fresh eggs, omelettes, pancakes, waffles, fruit, and cereals. There’s a beautiful pool and a fitness area.

I needed to be near the hospital across the street while my partner was in the ICU, so the location was essential. The mall next door was useful for picking up essentials too. They gave me a free room upgrade and were flexible when I needed to extend one day at a time. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet had lots of tasty choices. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place.

I’ve stayed here many times, and every visit has been exceptional. The rooms are clean, the facilities are terrific, and the buffet breakfast is superb. Staff across all roles are alert, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Management clearly puts a lot of emphasis on training, and the team helps make every stay outstanding. A true 5 star rating.
