They organized a boat tour for us that was a lot of fun and cheaper than the other companies. They also helped with a scooter, offered laundry service, and the location made it easy to walk around the city. The staff were really friendly, and the room was wonderful: spacious, very clean, quiet, and with a balcony looking out at beautiful sunsets. There was a fridge, a small kitchen, and a water cooker with tea, coffee, and more. The bed was clean and comfortable, the towels smelled lovely, and the bathroom had a hot-water shower. Air conditioning worked well, and the big curtain made the room completely dark at night. They clean the room every day if you want. Thanks for a lovely stay!! ♥️☀️🌊

I couldn’t stay at Triple 8 Suites this time because unforeseen personal issues came up, and I had to cancel my May 7-11 booking at the last minute. I’d booked through an agent, but the hotel team was very understanding and kindly approved a full waiver and cancellation. Their service is top-notch. They seem to care about guests, not only profit. Thanks especially to the management for being professional and empathetic. I didn’t get to stay on this trip, but I’ll definitely book here next time I visit Komodo. I highly recommend them for their integrity and heart.

The location worked perfectly for us: the airport was 10 minutes away, and shops, restaurants, the market, and harbor were an easy walk. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. My husband and I spent five nights at Triple 888 Suites. Our room was large, very clean, had good storage, and came with a refrigerator, hot plate, and dishes. Daily housekeeping was included, and filtered water was available anytime.

The rooms are fantastic, but service overall is lacking. There’s a restaurant attached, yet breakfast isn’t included, and it would have been nice if hotel guests had a deal. The Wi-Fi is useless, disconnecting every three minutes and making it impossible to do anything online. Plenty of other places offer better value for money.

We had a great stay. The kitchen was a nice extra, with a big fridge, and the beds were really comfortable. The rooms are huge, with large windows. Contrary to some other comments, we found them quiet and well insulated. The two AC units kept the temperature just right the whole time. We can recommend it :)
