The kind, attentive housekeeping team stood out. They cleaned properly each day and handled requests with care and a friendly manner. The hotel’s location in the Kuta/Legian area is another big plus, with shops, cafes, restaurants, and local attractions nearby. It’s easy to get around, and everyday needs and dining are well covered close by. The rooms are fairly spacious and comfortable, especially for a longer visit, but the furnishings and interiors seem a little dated. They’re functional and clean enough for a simple, relaxed stay. Food was average, with a limited menu and very few vegetarian choices, so hotel dining may be tricky if you prefer vegetarian meals. Luckily, there are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Our time at Grand Kuta Hotel & Residence was generally pleasant, with some clear strengths and room for improvement. It’s a decent value option for people who care more about location and friendly service than luxury. More food choices and gradual room updates could make it even better.

I stayed for six days and found it very nice and affordable. The room was large and clean, and the general manager was kind and friendly. It’s very close to shopping and food, and a superb place to stay in Bali.

A really bad stay. This doesn’t feel like a four-star property, more like below three. The staff seemed focused on finding customer faults and charging penalties. It felt as if they were looking for ways to get more money from us.

The breakfast was just average and could be better. Apart from that, I had a comfortable stay at Grand Kuta Hotel. The room was clean and well maintained, and the location made it easy to reach nearby stores.

The pool was a highlight, kept beautifully and a relaxing place to spend time. Grand Kuta Hotel was also well placed for getting to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. Breakfast offered a tasty range of choices, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, with comfortable beds for a restful night. The staff were always friendly and attentive, ready to help with a smile. I had a wonderful stay, with comfort, convenience, and great service. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay. I’d definitely return.
