We booked for a few days but left after two nights and didn't sleep here at all. When we arrived in the rain, the floor outside the room was completely wet, and the room didn't seem well maintained. We found lipstick on the pillow and hair, so we asked for cleaning. They said it was too late that day, then the next day they still hadn't cleaned or changed the sheets, and there was hair on the floor. We went to another hotel that first night instead. For a three-star place, they could do much better. The city location was good, but this was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in.

I had a spacious room with a balcony on the third floor. The staff were helpful, though not especially friendly. At times they walked past without acknowledging me.

The price feels too high for what you get, and the place could use a refresh, including paint. The balcony bench is barely usable, about a meter across, so you can't reach the back. Wi-Fi in room 308 was weak and kept dropping. You'd be better off outside when they spray for mosquitoes.

The staff were great and willing to help with anything. Room service food was good, though breakfast wasn't so impressive. It's a cozy city hotel, with pool-view rooms and even a 'balcony' if you haven't booked a balcony room.

The bed and balcony were okay, and the staff were friendly, but the room smelled musty. Quite a few things need renovating: the toilet has lots of rust, some furniture is broken, and the curtains are dirty and torn in places.
