Hotel Santika Siligita Nusa Dua - Bali

The location works well, with a minimarket across the road and Mengiat Beach about a 10-15 minute walk away. There’s also a free hotel shuttle at 10 and 15. My room was cleaned daily, had all the amenities I needed, and I had no issues with it. Breakfast was great too. This was my fifth stay, and Santika still feels like a gold standard compared with the other hotels I’ve tried. It’s the one that feels like home. Ms Anna was especially friendly and attentive, and always willing to go out of her way to help. I’ll absolutely be back!

The traditional Indonesian breakfast, especially the fish dishes and stir-fried anchovies, was excellent. I’d love to have it again, though I don’t know where to find it. The hotel feels like a three-star property to me, but the service from most of the team was at least four-star. I’d recommend it to people I know traveling for business. I arrived after 11:30 PM on the 16th and was put in room 130. The key system didn’t work, so I had to go back and forth three times while it was fixed. I waited outside sweating for about 30-40 minutes. The man who assigned the room saw me twice and didn’t say anything or apologize. I was planning to move hotels on the morning of the 18th after that and other disappointments. Things improved the next morning while I waited in the lobby for my new room reservation. I received the same attentive service I’d had at the Jakarta Santika, which reassured me after the previous night. Around 9 AM on the 17th, the man with the slightly raised chin who cleaned room 131 was incredibly thorough and attentive. On the evening of the 18th, I asked ANNA for help, and she was very responsive, giving Hilton-level service throughout my three days. Meeting those three people turned the stay into a pleasant memory. Still, the man who assigned my room late on the 16th and the people who cleaned my room on the 18th need special training. I’d hate to see the hard-working people at Santika get a bad reputation. Thank you. ^^

The hotel is a bit far from the beach on foot, but with a vehicle the tourist attractions aren’t far away. The balcony had a nice view. Staff were cooperative and provided good service, and the rooms were spacious, well maintained, and good overall. Some charging points worked inconsistently, and the TV was useless to me because it didn’t have global content.

The breakfast buffet had plenty of Indonesian and Balinese dishes, though the Western choices were limited. My room was clean and modern, and the hotel offers a free shuttle to Bali Collection. It’s centrally located, with lots of local and Western restaurants within walking distance. Great value for money!
