Montigo Resorts Seminyak

I’ve stayed here several times and still look forward to coming back to Montigo. The rooms are good and clean, the food and location are good, and the hotel has lots of amenities. My room had a comfortable bed with soft, generously sized pillows, plus a spacious balcony overlooking the largest of the three pools. Housekeeping kept everything in perfect order. The breakfast selection was excellent. I spent a month there and still didn’t try it all. The egg and noodle stations made different fresh dishes to order each day, and I was kept supplied with fresh lattes throughout breakfast. What makes the place memorable, though, is the staff. They’re cheerful, friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to make sure I have a great experience at the hotel and in Bali. I’ll miss my daily chats with them. There were so many team members I’d like to name, but I was afraid I’d leave someone out.

We got a complimentary room upgrade, with a beautifully decorated room, a “Happy Birthday” message, and a lovely little cake. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made my birthday feel extra special. The whole property felt homey and spotless, with well maintained facilities that made it easy to relax. From arrival to departure, the welcome was warm. Every person we met was thoughtful and attentive. Tiwi, the Guest Relations Officer, went above and beyond, and we’re grateful to Flo, Andi, and the whole team for their lovely service. It was a meaningful stay, and we can’t wait to return.

The Tilo Kids Club was the highlight of our seven day stay at Montigo Resort Seminyak. Leaving a child with someone else can be hard, but the team made us feel completely comfortable. Dayu, Nia, Sri, Winda, and Ade were patient, engaging, and genuinely caring with our six year old. Knowing our child was safe and having a great time made our holiday much more relaxing. The resort is right in the heart of Seminyak, so local shops and cafes were easy to explore, while inside it felt like a quiet private escape. Our room and the grounds were kept pristine, and you could see the housekeeping team took pride in their work. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had at a resort, with lots of fresh, delicious choices each morning. From arrival onwards, the service was top tier and the staff made us feel at home. We’d definitely return, and would recommend Montigo to families visiting Bali.

The villa’s private pool gave the stay a relaxing, special touch, and the villa itself was spacious, well designed, and comfortable. Montigo Resorts Seminyak also has a convenient but peaceful location. Staff were consistently welcoming and professional, attentive to the details, and the facilities throughout were well maintained to a high standard. I’d gladly return for the comfort, privacy, and quality service.
