Jumeirah Bali

We stayed at Jumeirah Bali for 6 days with my family, and the service made a huge impression. The staff remembered each guest’s name, anticipated what we needed, and were always smiling. That care came from the front of house through to the team behind the scenes. The spacious villas were built to a high standard, with every need taken care of, and the grounds were large, green, lush, and maintained perfectly. Breakfast was the best we’ve ever had, with a big buffet selection and a complimentary Ala carte menu. Food at breakfast, lunch, and dinner was outstanding. The secluded beach in front of the hotel was wonderful, and the beach beds and service were top notch. A fantastic property and team in every way.

Hospitality stood out at Jumeirah Bali Resort. The beachfront accommodation has every amenity you could want, and it felt like a haven for couples and families alike. The staff were attentive to our safety and comfort. Mr. Lesman, our gym trainer, and Mr. Aditya, our butler, deserve special mention, along with the many other warm and professional team members who made each day memorable. A few changes could improve the experience. I’d like a broader breakfast selection and more mocktails at the bar. Guests should be able to sit at the bar without feeling pressured, and the curated menu could be offered in a more subtle, inviting way. Prices should line up with local standards, since fair value is more appealing than overpricing. Halal choices and separate areas for vegetarian and non-vegetarian food would also help increase uptake at the resort.

I travel a lot, and from a customer service perspective this was the best hotel experience of my life. The team made my last two days in Bali incredibly special, the sort of memory that stays with you. Everyone was kind, attentive, and helpful throughout. The care and warmth showed in all the little details. The service gets 1,000 out of 10, the massage 10/10, and the food 10/10. The staff’s friendliness was flawless. Jumeirah Bali is hands down one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. I’ll 100% be back, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.

I’m not much of a review writer, but Jumeirah Bali made me want to share this. I’ve stayed at every Jumeirah resort in the United Arab Emirates and at many of the world’s most luxurious hotels, yet this one surpassed them all. Photos don’t capture what it feels like in person. On the cliff, among lush greenery above the endless Indian Ocean, it felt like heaven on earth. The setting was tranquil and beautiful, but the care from the staff made the stay extraordinary. They recognised us and somehow anticipated what we needed. We’d step out and the buggy driver would already be waiting; we’d go to lunch without giving a room number and the team would know us, with a table ready before we walked in. Every interaction felt warm, genuine, and personal. The whole visit seemed tailored just for us, and nothing was too much trouble. The hospitality was unforgettable. I’d return without hesitation. Jumeirah Bali stays with you long after you leave.
