Kuta Paradiso Hotel

We enjoyed our stay. The room and pool were clean, and I really liked the buffet. I would’ve given the service five stars too because the staff were so friendly, but the spa prices were double the rate.

We’re on day four of a seven-day stay and are very happy. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and great, and the customer service has been the best from when we arrived until now. Breakfast buffet is the best too, with so much to choose from: hot and cold food, desserts, and fruit. Thanks so much for the lovely service, please keep it up. Gideon and Melanie

The Wi-Fi signal was really weak, which was my only complaint. Otherwise, I had a great time. The hotel is right by the beach, with plenty of restaurants and a mall down the street. It was full of guests from all over the world, but never felt too crowded. My room was spacious, very nice, and cleaned well every day. The balcony had a lovely view of the property, and breakfast had a great range of different foods.

We’ll definitely be back. I’ve stayed at Kuta Paradiso Hotel on every Bali trip so far, five times, and the staff are a big reason. Over New Year’s, my partner, my brother, his partner, and I came back to Kuta for shopping, food, and the usual street life after a resort stay in Nusa Dua was cut short by a really bad experience. We arrived early, and the desk staff looked after our bags and invited us to use the pool and other facilities while we waited. At the pool we saw Mr Jacob, whom we already knew. He and the pool bar team treated us like gold. He came over to chat and remembered me from a midyear visit. My group and I felt in great company and got lovely service. The rooms are very clean, the whole place is run well, breakfast is amazing, and the free airport shuttle is a great extra. Thanks, Mr Jacob. Your smile, conversation, and service turned our holiday around.
